Welcome to Moggerhanger Parish Council Website

The parish of Moggerhanger is located approximately 50 miles north of London (nearest major road A1) and west of Sandy on the A603 towards the County town of Bedford.

The Parish Council is the first tier of local government and comprises of a number of Councillors and a Parish Clerk. Parish Councillors give of their time voluntarily to serve the local community and perform the duties expected of a Parish Councillor. The aims are threefold: (i) representing the local community effectively; (ii) delivering services to meet local needs; and (iii) striving to improve the quality of life of the Parish. If you have any queries relating to Parish Council matters please contact the Chairman. 

Parish Council meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of January, March, May, July, September and November. Unless otherwise publicised all meetings start at 7:30 p.m. at the Village Hall.

Members of the public are welcome to attend and we would welcome involvement from our parishioners.
